Experience/Requirements:

Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)

 

  • BLS REQUIRED
  • PALS REQUIRED
  • 2+ Years of Pediatric critical care
  • Skill set in working in a pediatic environment
  • Excellent time management; positive, energetic, compassion, flexibility, accountability, ownership, team player

 

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)

 

  • Meditech exp. Preferred
  • Flexible
  • Willing to Float
  • Ventilators
  • Oscillators

 

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)

 

  • Active TX RN License – Temp license will not be accepted

 

Procedures performed on unit:

 

  • Chest Tubes
  • Central line placement intubation
  • extubation
  • Must have permanent residents 50 miles from location (SAN ANTONIO, TX 78229)
